Moving & Almost 22 Weeks.

I cant' believe that I'm almost 22 weeks this Sat. Time as really flown by so quickly! Before I know it I will be holding our baby boy or girl. Hubby is getting really excited because now he can say that his baby is almost here. He's so super happy. I love watching him talk to my belly and sing the ABCs to the baby. Daughter is starting to talk to my belly and kissing it galore. She tells the baby that she loves him or her. She is really hoping for another brother.

As far as baby stuff we haven't even consider what theme we want for the baby. I'm on the safari theme bandwagon. I just love how it looks. I think we will determine all that once we move. We are in the process of moving into my in-laws until Oct or Nov. There's nobody living there because the in-laws went back to Italy for a long while. They been gone since May and won't (maybe) be returning sometime until the end of this year. Since we really don't have room for the baby where we are now, we thought this would be good for us to move in and stash some money away. The siblings and the in-laws agreed and they're all good with it. So, we are suppose to be completely moved out by next Thurs. I'm taking Thurs. & Fri off to do last minute stuff and do my final walk through. I'm kind of sad to leave because this place was our first apt. together also the place where hubby proposed to me. Aside of the good memories we had there and the good times we had with our neighbors who became really good friends, I really won't be missing anything. Daughter will miss the pool. She learned how to swim in the pool and always looks forward to the summer. Son is looking forward to the move. Only because there is a pro skater who is well known living in the apt complex that the in-laws own next to the house.

I'm hoping with this opportunity we will buy our first house soon after the baby is born. I'm really hoping. So here's to a new year and a fresh start.

We had our big u/s today. We didn't find out the gender and hubby decided to not find out. It was hard for him, but he managed to hold it together. He is on cloud 9 right now. The baby is very active. The tech was having a hard time getting pics of the baby. She also was having a hard time with me. My bladder was so full she just couldn't go pass it. She had me pee 3 times during the procedure. It was funny though. She would tell me not to empty my bladder completely. I was only allowed to fill 1-2 cups at a time.

Well anyways the baby looks good and healthy. Baby is growing just fine.

1st Belly Pic

This is such a bad pic. Since I don't have a camera anymore (it was stolen) I had to use my cell phone to take this picture. This was taken last night at 16w2d.
Over the weekend I also went out and bought a couple of maternity outfits. This is one of them, just the top though. Wearing the top yesterday made me really feel pregnant. A lot of my co-workers kept looking at me. Not everyone knows I'm pregnant. It was kind of funny to just see them looking down at my belly every so often when we're talking. I think I'm going to let them just wonder. It's funny!
In other news, I also started to feel the baby. At 15w2d I felt with my hand a very lite tap. Since then I'm feeling a lot more tap through out the day. Hubby can't wait until he can feel his baby's movements.

Today I had an appt and to my surprise I got another u/s. This time we got to see the baby move around like crazy. We still haven't heard the heartbeat, but I'll take an u/s over a doppler anyday.

The baby has grown so much within the last two weeks. The baby is measuring on time and my 1st tri screening all came out good. Next month I'm going to have the big u/s done on me. This one will be a more detailed u/s. If we want we can find out the gender of the baby that day. Hubby really wants to find out, but I don't. I want to be surprised just like I was with my other two. I hope he can wait because if he finds out he will NOT be able to keep it a secret, at least from me he won't.

Doesn't the baby look like he/she is ready to give you a big hug?

1. When I was little I used to be a thumb sucker and an ear tugger. I've stopped the thumb sucking, but I'm still an ear tugger. I especially LOVE tugging on little kids ears.

6. Here's one that I thought about the other day. On my 22nd birthday my dad and half sisters decided to throw me a "surprise" birthday party. Well when I got the house I walked into a room full of strangers. My sisters needed an excuse to have a party at their home with their friends so they used me and my dad fell for it. I was so mad I decided to get drunk and caused a commotion.

New U/S Pic

This was taken today at my appt. We thought we were going to hear the heartbeat, but instead we got to see our peanut again. Look at how much the baby has grown in 4 wks. Hubby was so amazed at how much his bambino or bambina has grown. He was ohhhing and ahhhing the whole time.
